"Bread Festival" at Heritage Awali!
Heritage Awali Golf and Spa Resort, in collaboration with Moulins de la Concorde, held the "Bread Festival" event from 20 to 27 June 2010 at which the guest of honour was Didier Chouet, crowned as Best Artisan of France and runner up for the World bakery award.
To titillate the tastebuds, Gilles Refloc'h the Executive Pastry Chef, Motet Gilbert the Executive Sous Chef and their teams organised events around the theme of "Bread" during each day of the festival last week. ... The hotel staff shared a "Friendship Brioche" on Monday 21 June.

The "Bread Festival" completes the culinary trilogy at Heritage Awali after the successful "Sugar Festival" and "Chocolate Festival".
