Executive Chef of the Heritage Golf & Spa Resort, Philippe Rozel, and the Executive Chef Gilles Refloc´h, who are responsible for the training of the Veranda Group´s pastry chefs, were in Lyon from 24 to 28 January to take part in SIRHA: the trade fair which sets trends in the restaurant world. This journey to the heart of the gastronomic world was the chance for them to see the latest innovations and culinary techniques and to gather lots of new ideas for the Heritage, the Telfair, and the Veranda hotels.
